If an unpersonalised product is not to your liking, still within original condition, and is still within 30 days from the items dispatch date, you may return the item (postage covered by the customer) and receive a full refund.
If an unpersonalised product is damaged in transit then you are eligible for a refund or replacement of the purchased item (upon providing photographic proof to our support email within the Contact Us page).
The only policies regarding personalised items is if the item has been damaged in transit then you are eligible for either a full refund or a replacement of the purchased item. All return costs for this item will be covered by the customer.
